Quarterly Services

• Inspect and clean heat exchanger filters

• Inspect the humidifier water panel. (Descale/replace as needed)

• Inspect and descale furnace condensate pump

• Change lightbulbs

• Vacuum and clean bathroom fan grills

• Inspect/Clean refrigerator door gaskets and interior vents

• Inspect empty central vac canister

• Test GFI’s

• Visual inspection of home exterior addressing vent/air intake obstructions

• Inspect under all sinks for water issues/damage

• Test all drains, clean out drain traps and adjust stoppers as needed
